Therapy Session (1hour): £70
Therapy sessions can be scheduled weekly or fortnightly.
I also offer some concessionary slots to help make therapy more accessible, please get in touch if you’d like to discuss this!

Each session offers a space to explore who you are beyond the expectations, messages and pressures you've carried, helping you feel more grounded in yourself, more trusting of your own voice, and freer to take up space as you are so that you feel less like you have to question or edit who you are

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer, and this often depends on how much support you need.
Some people prefer short term therapy (6-12 sessions), whilst others stay in therapy longer because they find real value in having a consistent, supportive space.
We’ll check in regularly to make sure it still feels useful, and that it’s supporting you in the way you need. -
Yes, I offer online therapy to people across the UK and Europe.
Sessions take place via Google Meet, and many of my clients find the convenience of being able to access therapeutic support from the comfort of their own hope super beneficial!
All you need is a private space, a stable connection, and yourself! -
I work really well with folk from LGBTQIA+ and ND communities that often feel invisible, misunderstood or ‘not enough’.
More specifically, I tend to work well with people who feel ready to heal on a ‘deeper’ level. This couples really well with my approach that focuses more on building confidence and self-trust from within.

I hold a BA (hons) degree in Person-Centred Experiential Counselling & Psychotherapy, and I’m a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).
I also attend regular supervision and CPD.

I currently work Monday-Thursdays between 9am and 6pm (UK time). We will usually try to meet at the same/day time each week, but I can also be flexible for shift works or people who can’t commit to a regular day/time.

I’m not here to analyse or fix you, I’m here to help you understand yourself more deeply, and to create space for the parts of you that feel misunderstood, anxious, or not enough.
We go at your pace, and we make room for both the insight and the feeling. Therapy with me is collaborative, encouraging, and compassionate! -
Yes, it’s super normal to feel nervous about starting therapy, no matter if this is your 1st or 10th time starting therapy. We always go at a pace that feels right for you, and my priority is building a space that feels comfortable for you.
